How do I make a booking?

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, these requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
What documents do I need during check-in?
Guests are required to present a valid ID. Foreign guests should show their passport, while Indonesian nationals should present their KTP.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash, WISE, Revolut, bank transfer, Doku payment link, debit cards, and credit cards.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, taxes are included in the room payment unless otherwise stated.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
We encourage guests to pay the full amount or at least 50% of the total to confirm the booking.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, modifications are possible based on availability if requested at least 20 days before arrival.
Cancellations made 20 days before arrival are free of charge, though transfer fees and currency exchange differences will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Is breakfast included with the room?
This depends on the package you select. Some packages include breakfast, while others do not. Please contact us to confirm whether breakfast is included in your booking.
Do you offer airport pickup or shuttle service?
Yes, airport pick‑up can be arranged for an additional fee.
Shuttle service within the Ubud area is currently not available.
