No‑Show: Guests who fail to arrive will be fully charged, with no transfer option.

2. Apartments – Monthly (Long-term) Stay
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel up to 14 days before arrival. Deposits and payments are non‑refundable but transferable to a future stay within 12 months.
Late Cancellation: Within 14 days of arrival, deposits and payments are retained but transferable.
No‑Show: Guests who fail to arrive will be fully charged, with no transfer option.
Modifications: Early requests are encouraged. Changes made within 14 days follow late cancellation terms if cancelled.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking for all room types.
All deposits and room payments are non‑refundable but transferable to a future stay within 12 months.
The deposit secures your reservation and is applied to your balance at check‑in.
Other arrangements such as dining, classes, and retreats follow their own cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Peak Seasons and Special Events
During festive periods, holidays, or local events, stricter terms may apply.
Guests will be notified of any adjusted cancellation windows or deposit requirements at the time of booking.
These terms will be clearly stated in your confirmation email.
