TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES & RETREATS

1. Class Registration and Payment

  • Participants must register in advance through the website or official booking channel.
  • Full payment is required to confirm a spot.
  • Payments are non-refundable within seven days of the class date but may be transferred to another participant within one month.
  • Last-minute class reservations will be assisted based on availability.

Note: The Language Classes Terms and Conditions stand separately from these general policies. They are outlined under the Language Classes – Explore the Programs section and apply only to language learning courses.

2. Class Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made eight days or more before the class are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within seven days of the class date are non-refundable but transferable to another participant.
  • Cancellations after seven days up to the class day require full payment, with no refund available.
  • No-shows require full payment, with no refund available.
  • The organizer, instructors, and coordinators reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as minimum participants not being met or instructor illness. In such cases, participants may choose a refund or reschedule.

3. Class Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is possible up to four days before the class.
  • Requests will be assisted based on availability.

4. Retreat Registration and Payment

  • Participants must register in advance through the website or official booking channel.
  • A deposit of 40% is required to secure a spot.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.
  • Payments are non-refundable, though partial refunds may be available depending on the cancellation date.
  • Last-minute bookings may be accepted if space is available.

5. Retreat Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat are eligible for a full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 31–59 days before the retreat are eligible for a 40% refund.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable but transferable to another participant.
  • No-shows require full payment, with no refund available.
  • The organizer, instructors, and coordinators reserve the right to cancel or reschedule retreats due to unforeseen circumstances such as minimum participants not being met, instructor illness, or natural events. In such cases, participants may choose a refund or reschedule.

6. Retreat Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is possible if another retreat date is available within the same calendar year.
  • Requests will be assisted based on availability.
  • Transfers to another participant are allowed, provided the new participant signs the same agreement.

7. Participation Requirements

  • Classes and retreats are open to participants aged 12 and above unless otherwise specified.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Participants must inform the organizer, instructors, and coordinators of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, physical conditions, disabilities, or other circumstances that may require special attention.

8. Liability and Safety

  • The organizer, instructors, and coordinators provide guidance on safe practices during classes and retreats, but participants join at their own risk.
  • The organizer, instructors, and coordinators are not liable for injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions occurring during the program.
  • Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and handling equipment properly.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Recipes, class materials, and content shared during the program are for personal use only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

10. Photography and Media

  • The organizer, instructors, and coordinators may take photos or videos during the program for promotional purposes.
  • Participants who do not wish to be photographed must inform the organizer in advance.

11. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior toward instructors, coordinators, and fellow participants is expected.
  • The organizer, instructors, and coordinators reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the program without refund.
