A special dining arrangement at The Vinaya is designed to mark meaningful beginnings or to celebrate cherished farewells. Perfect for families, retreat groups, or intimate gatherings, each dining experience reflects the boutique hotel tradition of combining wholesome cuisine with warm hospitality. 

Menus are flexible, ranging from carefully composed set courses to generous buffet-style dining, offering you the freedom to choose the arrangement that best suits your occasion. 

To ensure the finest quality, reservations must be made at least three days in advance, allowing our culinary team to thoughtfully prepare menus that reflect the season and your dietary preferences. Last-minute requests will be accommodated whenever possible, depending on the availability.

To preserve the highest quality and authenticity, certain specialties require advanced preparation, and we kindly invite you to reserve these exclusive offerings at least two days in advance.

While traditional Indonesian cuisine is often known for its generous use of oil, we set ourselves apart by using Virgin Coconut Oil sourced from Balinese artisans — chosen for both its flavor and health benefits. Every dish is prepared with a perfect oil balance, ensuring rich, satisfying taste without excess heaviness, for a wholesome dining experience that is as nourishing as it is indulgent.

  • Organic red, brown, and white rice — along with rice flour — carefully grown and milled by local producers.
  • Virgin Coconut Oil from a licensed home industry in North Bali
  • Using high-quality natural and organic ingredients to the greatest extent possible
  • Homemade sauces, dressings, pastes, and jam-like fruit creams

In our pursuit of healthier and more conscious living, we carefully select kitchen tools that prioritize your well-being. We use stainless steel 18/8 pots and pans, which offer a safe and reliable cooking option, along with wooden cutting boards that bring natural durability and charm. We intentionally avoid aluminum and non-stick cookware, as well as plastic cutting boards, plates, cups, and utensils. By embracing mindful choices in our wellness kitchen, we ensure that every healthy treat is crafted with care and intention.
